I never thought that I would be here, teaching people how to manage their food safety programs. And the way that I teach, I am even impressed with myself.
But, I think it has to do with my early marketing career, where we needed to explain things in simple language that people could understand.
That's how I have been breaking the food safety terminologies down, to the localized language of our participants.

Hi,
My name is Felicia Loo, and I am a food safety consultant and food safety trainer who works directly with food professionals and business owners to guide and teach food safety.
My goal is very simple -pass on the knowledge so that food professionals doesn't get tied. They don't need to rely on food safety consultants for continuous fees and supports.
I am very lucky to have clients who support me and understand the importance of managing their own programs. I know this will also benefit other food businesses that are trying to make sure they can self-sustain (with minimal support).
